Colab Design Group fully managed the architectural design, renovation, and interior design.

The entire house underwent a complete renovation, with reorganization of all spaces to maximize room utilization. Masonry work, installation of new electrical, water and HI-FI systems, installation of new windows and doors, and replacement of floors were carried out.

The client opted for a high-quality, matte-black, handcrafted custom-made Hungarian herringbone parquet floor. This design choice lends a unique atmosphere to the room.

The funnel-shaped entrance hall features two rows of cabinets immediately at the entrance, which open into the open-plan space with elegant curved dark reeded paneling, also custom crafted.

Impressive solid wood doors, conceal the entrances to the bedrooms, bathroom and walk-in closet.

The kitchen, custom-designed by our interior designers, reflects the tones and colors of the entire environment. Island, wall units, countertop and backsplash feature finishes in Marble Brown effect stoneware.

Colab Design took care of the entire interior design, including cabinets, bathrooms, walk-in closets, and lighting, providing unique, designer furniture.
