Tailor-made elegance in the heart of Milan

In the prestigious context of an elegant apartment just a few steps from the Duomo, Colab Design has overseen a complete renovation and furnishing, transforming the spaces into a residence with a refined and timeless style.

Renovation

The intervention involved redesigning the interior spaces by demolishing and repositioning some walls, with the aim of increasing functionality and living comfort.

The fixtures have been completely redone, a ducted air conditioning system installed, windows and doors replaced, and an elegant French herringbone parquet floor laid, giving continuity and sophistication to the entire home.

Furniture

Each room was designed to reflect the client's taste and needs. The large openspace accommodates a kitchen with an island, a wall unit, and a custom entry cabinet, all harmonized by warm tones such as taupe and natural oak chosen for the entry paneling.

In the bathroom, the choice of AcquarioDue ceramics in a variety of finishes and sizes, combined with a green cabinet with an integrated tempered glass top and sink, lends a touch of personality and contemporary feel.

The sleeping area is distinguished by Lago's lacquered glass closet, which echoes the colors and clean lines of the rest of the house, striking a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.

The project is completed with the inclusion of furniture and accessories with a modern style, enriched by antiques dear to the client, which tell her story and make the house unique and authentic.
